Idea to organize desks

Normally our workspace just cramming of papers and office supplies, especially if we are the costs to maintain order. Then we launched a proposal on how to free the desktop space to organize.

If we face our work spaces and desks are not always well organized and clear so we can work correctly and at ease. Miscellaneous papers and office supplies usually occupy an almost permanent on our tables, causing it unnecessary items on the desks, especially given the occasional use that is given to some of these materials. A few weeks ago we brought you news on organizers to design desks. Today I want to suggest an idea of organization is to develop a board, such board or corkboard, using folders with clips, in addition to help bring order to our job help us decorate the wall to make this space a warm and friendly place.

The idea is to put on the wall, as if they were paintings , clipboards in a figure, such as a square or rectangle or just the way we like, as a heart or a letter. Such binders are based on a hard and resistant material and a clamp, usually metal, to the top. According base material get to different results. If the base is wood, material suitable for any style and decoration of office and work space, the final finish will bring warmth and comfort to the surroundings. If instead we choose a plastic base and black, gives a result serious and edgy.

Another option we have is to decorate and customize folders with tweezers. We can decorate them with stickers, cover them with cloth and paper, decoupage style, or move out some details with washi tape. In this way we get a fully customized modular panel that allows us to organize our documents, papers and notes to avoid that are hanging around on the desk.
